the progress you tell us to look for, against what we see done, on a weekly or pre- arranged basis. * We can work with your construction team or act independently–your choice. * We will correspond with you by phone or email to know your expectations. * After our weekly or pre-arranged site visit we will send you a pictorial and written record (an Electronic Client Report) to keep you abreast of the project. * Our Reports can be sent to your contractors so everyone is speaking from the "same" page. * We will note areas for you “to pay attention to” per your instructions. Our sequential digital pictures provide a time-line of the project. * We will not act as another layer of management, nor will we make construction recommendations. * Our oversight will assure the project moves ahead as if you where there … saving time, money and missteps. |
