| * We will coordinate with your repair professional for them to gain entry into your house or condo and stay with them until the job is done or return when called and secure the home. * If it's in a condo with concierge service who can open the property, we’ll visit the site after the repair or installation and conduct a “common man” observation and testing of the repair. * In both cases we’ll email digital pictures of the item in place with a written statement on its working condition. You will be contacted immediately if there is an issue. |
