Equipped with either your checklist or ours, plus digital cameras, we will document the status of your home, investment property or renovation project as frequently as needed. We will visit your house or condominium while you are away and alert you immediately as to any issue that needs to be addressed. We will then help you expedite a solution as your person on the ground. We will look in on renovation projects, take appropriate pictures, and compare the progress you tell us to look for against what we see done on a weekly or pre- arranged basis. We will provide absentee landlords with a variety of services that permits them to “actively” manage their property at a fraction of the cost of a rental agency. |
