We live the other side of the Atlantic, and were put in touch with Carlos at IPC when our South Beach condo was in serious need of redecoration, love & attention. It was great to have the project (some $4k expenditure) completely managed to a very tight timescale so that we were able to relet with the minimum of delay. Carlos' diligence, documentation & attention to detail is superb, and now IPC is engaged for a small monthly fee to provide a 24/7 call out and quarterly inspection service. This gives us great peace of mind, as the condo will not fall into the same state of disrepair again.
